This spring we completed our pilot Youth Workshop at Jane Addams High School in the Bronx, in partnership with Urban Health Plan. The kids got a standing ovation at their final performance, and some are entering our Intern/Mentor program. In July we held a week-long workshop with our good friends at The Lower Eastside Girls Club. The girls, who were ages 7-12, worked hard, had a lot of fun, and produced excellent results. Now LightBox is working with Urban Health Plan’s Club TIA, and has several more Bronx workshops scheduled for the fall.
